・生産準備活動において、部門横断で連携し、品質保証度を確保した完成度の高い工程を作り込みます
・良品条件を把握し、工程条件の妥当性を確保することで、自工程完結型生産を実現します
・顧客の要求事項並びに法令・規制要求事項への適合を維持し、品質マネジメントシステムの継続的改善に努めます
